GEORGETOWN, Texas -- The men's soccer team fought through double overtime with Southwestern University. The final score was a tie, 2-2.
Freshman Rodrigo Navarrete scored at 54:27 in the game and was unassisted. Senior Gregg Gutierrez scored at 63:46 in the game and was assisted by Sophomore Tony Cortes. The Mountaineers had more shots on goal than the Pirates.
The Mountaineers will travel to play against Texas Lutheran this Sunday at 7:00 pm.
