KERRVILLE, Texas -- The Men's Soccer team had an intense match up against Centenary College as the Mountaineers tied the score 3-3 with seconds remaining of the second half.
Daniel Banda was unassisted when he tied the score with only 30 seconds remaining in the second half, to continue the game into overtime. Gregg Gutierrez earned the winning goal of the game on a penalty kick. The first and second Mountaineer goals were scored by Eddie Martinez at 23:27 in the game followed by Henry Suazo at 45:44 who was assisted by Tony Cortes.
The Mountaineers will compete on their home field again this Sunday at 1 PM and will also be recognizing their seniors!
